*Standard shipping to Germany and Austria may take longer because of delays at customs offices of these countries.
These charges do not include import taxes and/or customs duties that can be imposed by individual countries. DD Atelier will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.

Sales Tax/USA Customers
Please note, even if your order does not include sales tax charges, you may be required to pay sales tax and file a sales tax return for individual purchases. To determine whether you are required to pay sales tax, please consult your city, county, and state sales tax authorities.
Returns and Exchanges
Changed your mind? Wrong size? We’ll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange!
- We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.
- We do not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns or exchanges.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, attached.
- We are not able to accept returns that require a signature upon receipt (etc. insured mail, courier service).
- Items marked with the "Final sale!" tag cannot be returned or, if returned, would not be refunded.
- We are not responsible for damages that occur from washing, cleaning, wear and tear, or general use.
FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or, if returned, would not be refunded.
How to Return an item?
- Fill in Return Form provided with you order.
- Securely package the items you wish to return
- Fill in Return Address provided with your order.
- If you no longer have the Return Address or Return Form, please email us at and we’ll send you a printable form.
- Send your package to the address provided in the Return Address form. You may use USA or EU address.
- USA Return Address: please contact us at if you wish to return an item(s), and we will provide you with the address.
- EU returns are received in the Czech Republic (EU). The address will be provided with your order.
How Will You Get Your Refund?
- We transfer money within five business days from receipt of you return. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
- Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
- Refund will be processed in the original form of payment.
- Promotional savings may be deducted from your refund (etc. free shipping, volume discount) if the return breaks promotional savings rule.
- FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or, if returned, would not be refunded.
If You Want to Return and Reorder Another Size of Garment
- Send back the items you wish to return;
- Then place a new order online and leave a comment in the order form that you want to reorder another size of garment or write us a letter about it, and we’ll advise you on what to do!
If your order is returned to us due to a wrong address provided, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to take delivery, we will refund your credit card as follows: The total amount of the order, minus the original shipping charge, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments) and the shipping cost of returning the package to DDatelier.
If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we may instruct the carrier to abandon the order, and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s).
